General:


Q: Who should attend this expo?

A: The conference is intended to attract delegates from all aspects of the oil industry, including: geologists, engineers, senior oil company executives, landmen, service companies, sales/marketing, software/data vendors, oilfield safety equipment providers, oilfield housing providers, etc.


Registration:
Q: Who can register and attend the expo?
A: If you are unsure if you are a good fit as a registered exhibitor contact us.  Otherwise, the expo is free to all attendees.                        


Q: Can I get a list of attendees for the conference?
A: Exhibitors will be given a copy of the the attendees upon request


Exhibitor:
Q: When can I purchase an exhibit booth and/or equipment display space for the 2013 Eastern Montana Energy Expo in Glendive Montana?
A: Do it now.

Q: What is the size of an exhibitor booth?

A: A single exhibitor booth is 8’x8’ and will include a 6' table, 2 side chairs and an one-line ID sign. Outdoor space will also be available. A very limited amount of Full Room Exhibit Spaces will also be available on a first come first served basis.  These are full classrooms in the main corridor of the College that will be connecting to the Job Fair to the Tradeshow booths.


Q: Can I purchase multiple exhibitor booths, and if so will all of the booths be together, or will they be divided up and in different areas of the exhibit floor?

A: Multiple booths can be purchased, and yes, all of the booths will be together, unless otherwise requested. The booths are arranged in back-to-back rows of 8’x8’ spaces, and when a company purchases multiple booth spaces you will be asked for the configuration of your booth. For example, 4 booths spaces purchased may have a configuration of 8’x32’ or 16’x16’.


Q: How do I know where my booth and/or equipment display space is located on the exhibit floor, can I choose my location, or is it assigned?

A: Booth locations are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Meaning that a booth purchased at 8a.m. on February 3rd, 2013 will be closer to the front of the exhibit floor, and thus in a potentially higher traffic area than a booth purchased at 10a.m. on February 3rd, 2013. 


Q: When can I setup my booth and/or equipment display?

A: Exhibitor setup, which includes both booths and equipment display, may be setup on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm and again on Wednesday morning beginning at 7 am..


Q: When can I take down my booth and/or equipment display?

A: Exhibitor tear-down and move out is from 4:00 pm to 10 p.m. on May 16th 2013 or May 17th starting at 9 am





Facility:
Q: Is the facility in which the conference located wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, the conference facility is wheelchair accessible.

Q: Would you recommend a hotel to stay at?


A: A list of many hotels in Glendive can be found on our website under the "Hotels" button.


Q: How far are the hotels in Glendive from the conference location?


A: The majority of the hotels in Glendive are a few minutes drive away from the College. None of the hotels are within walking distance of the conference.





A: You can if you choose to however, there will be a free bus shuttle running during the conference. The shuttle bus will stop at all major hotels.
